Machine Division
The machine division of the ITAC family provides design services that cover all aspects of machine and mechanical design. We have a very strong background in retrofit and redesign of existing machines and seek to improve safety, function, and production while reducing operating and maintenance requirements. Our primary design consideration is the reduction in downtime and changeover time with the least impact on revenue.
Our design capabilities extend from the world of inventions to the world of designing and manufacturing prototype machines. We enjoy finding new ways to accomplish old tasks in order to revolutionize the machine design field.
Proficient in both common and exotic materials, the machine and fabrication shops manufacture our own designs as well as products designed by others. We incorporate both Computer Numerical Control and manual machines in our daily operation and are capable of producing quantities as few as one with little restriction on maximums.
No job is too small for our machine division and we take great pride in our reputation of “the go-to guy” when emergencies arise. That is because we assume the jobs that few others want and maintain flexible schedules, affording us the ability to respond to the vast needs of our clients.
