Recent Design And Build Concept Projects
In September 2006 ITAC began discussions with a client regarding a construction led design/build project to install a polymer tolling operation within an existing warehouse building. ITAC furnished foundation design, equipment layout and seconded services. The electrical construction scope entailed field routing of all power and controls including relocation of existing services. The mechanical scope included field layout and installation of all utility and process piping systems to include miscellaneous steel for equipment access and pipe supports. ITAC also provided overall construction management. Construction began in May 2007. Start-up occurred in late September of 2007.
